Service & Weather Policy
Ever wondered what happens during a typical British or Irish downpour? High-margin window cleaning depends on safe environments. We operate in light rain, but heavy winds or lightning mean we'll have to reschedule for safety.
- Rainy day guarantee: If streaks appear due to weather, we'll return within 48 hours for a touch-up.
- Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours notice for any booking changes.

Our team is covered for up to £5m in public liability.
2. Access & Requirements
We're efficient, but we can't work miracles if we can't get to the glass. Do you have locked gates or sensitive landscaping? Our high-reach poles need a clear pathway. Please ensure all windows are fully closed before we arrive to prevent internal water ingress.
Residential Access
Side gates must be unlocked. Pets should be kept indoors during the cleaning process. If we can't access parts of the property, the full service fee may still apply.
High-Rise & Specialty
Specialty glass treatments and high-margin polishing require specific temperature windows. We'll coordinate those exact timings with your facility manager.
3. Payment Terms
How do we keep our booking process so smooth? It's simple. Payment is due upon completion of the work for residential clients, or within 14 days for our commercial accounts. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and online portals.
Late payments may incur a standard £15 administrative fee plus statutory interest. We value our technicians' time and your property's shine.
